bun with apples and cottage cheese bun with apples and cottage cheese ingredients 500 g Christmas cookies or other white pastries Sauce melted butter 180 ml milk 180 ml Whipping cream 33% 2 pcs fresh egg yolk 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg 1 package vanilla sugar' 1/2 package cinnamon sugar Cheese layer lumpy curd 1 pc fresh egg yolk 1/2 package cinnamon sugar according to taste granulated sugar Apple layer bigger apples 1 ART lemon juice 1/2 package cinnamon sugar according to taste granulated sugar Snow fresh egg white 2 PL powdered sugar procedure 1. Cut the Christmas tree. You can also use other pastries (old rolls, buns...). 2. Dressing: Put slightly cooled melted butter in a bowl and pour 180 ml of milk. 3. Next, pour in one whipping cream. 4. Add vanilla sugar. 5. Two egg yolks. 6. A pinch of freshly ground nutmeg. 7. Cinnamon sugar. I added half of one package. Mix well and set aside. 8. Cheese layer: In a bowl, mix lumpy cottage cheese, one egg yolk, vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon. 9. Apple layer: Clean the apples, grate them, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with cinnamon sugar and, depending on the acidity, granulated sugar. 10. Grease the baking dish with butter. 11. Layering: We gradually dip the sliced Christmas tree into the prepared cream sauce and line the baking dish with it. 12. Spread the entire cheese filling on the first layer, smooth it out. 13. Spread the apples (without juice) on the curd, smooth. 14. We gradually place the remaining soaked Christmas tree on the apples. Pour the remaining sauce over the top. 15. Bake the bun prepared in this way in an oven heated to 210 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, we beat the snow. 16. Snow: Beat three egg whites with two spoons of powdered sugar. We will have fluffy snow. After 15 minutes, remove the bun and spread whipped snow on top. Return to the oven and bake until golden brown for approximately another 10 minutes, making sure the snow doesn't burn. 18. Let the finished bun cool a little, it will be easier to cut. 19. Fire starter ingredients Dough 250 ml lukewarm water 1/2 cube fresh yeast 1 CL crystal Sugar 500 g flour 1 CL salt 3 PL oil The sky 200 g bryndza 200 g sour cream 200 g bacon 2 pcs onion approach We prepare such a traditional pošuch or baked langoustine every time we get a taste for a salty delicacy. Perfect food for dinner, chat and watching TV. 1. Dough: sift flour into a bowl and mix with salt. Make a well in the middle, pour warm water into it, crumble the yeast and add sugar. Mix the ingredients in a well, cover the bowl and let the yeast activate (15 minutes). 2. Later, we work the dough by hand in a bowl, adding oil and continue to knead it on a floured board until it is smooth and non-sticky. Then we put it in a bowl, cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. 3. Later, we divide the dough in half and press each part (with fingers, palm) on oiled baking sheets. 4. Cover the top with a mixture of sour cream and bryndze. Scatter bacon cubes and onion slices on top, which we briefly fried (until pink) in a pan. We don't add salt anymore, because the bacon and brisket are salty enough. 5. Bake the burners in an oven heated to 220ºC for about 15 minutes. 6. Bon appetite!
