Strawberry dessert with cream and gelatin

Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff.

Mix the egg yolks with granulated sugar and gradually mix in the vanilla sugar, lemon zest, milk, oil, plain flour and baking powder.

At the end, we just lightly mix in the snow. Pour the prepared dough onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Cream: Put the soft, spreadable cottage cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, powdered sugar and finally the stiffener. We mix a smooth cream.

Spread the cream on the cooled cake, place the sliced strawberries on top and let it cool for now.

Mix the gelatin in 500-600ml of water, let it swell for 15 minutes and then heat it while stirring constantly. We don't cook! Let the finished gelatin cool slightly.

Then pour it over the entire cake.

Refrigerate for at least two hours and cut into slices.
