INGREDIENTS
WHITE DOUGH (SHEET 30X40CM)

PINK SPONGE DOUGH
4 Tbsp egg 4 Tbsp semi-coarse flour 4 Tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 Tbsp baking powder 1 pinch of salt 1 Tbsp red food coloring
DISTRIBUTION

lemon juice
a little bit
red gel food color
FOR THE THIRD TIME

APPROACH
A sweet but extremely popular dessert that cannot be missing from our festive tables.
1.
White sponge dough: First, we prepare the white dough. Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff.
2.
Beat the egg yolks with granulated sugar until foamy.
3.
Spoonfuls of sifted flour and baking powder are added.
4.
At the end, carefully mix in the prepared snow.
5.
Divide the dough into two halves and pour into two identical baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Pink sponge cake: The procedure is the same as for the white one, we also add food coloring

Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff.

Mix the egg yolks with granulated sugar until foamy. Add red food coloring.

Add sifted flour and baking powder spoon by spoonful. At the end, mix in the prepared snow.
10.
Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper. A tray of the same size as we baked the white dough. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Broth: Meanwhile, heat water in a saucepan and add sugar. Mix, add food coloring and rum. Let it boil.
12.
Spread one white dough with a rich layer of jam. Place the pink dough on top, press well and pour the prepared mixture over it.
13.
Place the second white dough on top, which we spread with jam from the bottom side. We put weight on it and let it cool down properly and cover it with the punch glaze.
14.
Topping: Sift powdered sugar, add boiling water, lemon juice and red food gel coloring. Mix until the frosting is beautifully smooth.
15.
Let it harden and cut into slices.
