APPROACH
These puff pastry snails belong to recipes that every housewife already has in her little finger. You can fill them with any filling, but the traditional ones never disappoint and the whole family likes them.

Roll out the puff pastry.

Then we coat it with tomato puree, puree or ketchup. Depending on what you have on hand.

Sprinkle the pizza with pepper.

Arrange slices of ham on top and evenly sprinkle with grated cheese.

We roll the dough like a roll, which we cut into centimeter circles and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Brush each wheel with a beaten egg.

Bake the snails in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm.
