Kettle cabbage

Raw materials
1 pc back | unsmoked pork knee |
1 ks | smoked knee |
4 ks | smoked sausage |
1 ks | chicken meat |
dried mushrooms | |
1 pc bigger | bigger onion |
5 ks | Garlic - cloves |
spices | |

Approach
1 Put water, a whole onion, 3 cloves of garlic, whole pepper, allspice, a little vegetables into the kettle; pork knuckle, smoked, unsmoked, and we cook the meat until soft..., while talking with friends and drinking good red wine :-) 2 In a pressure cooker, stew 1 whole chicken in paprika (also hot, for those who like spicy) and onion base until soft. 3 When the meat in the pot is soft, remove it, debone it and mix it together with the deboned chicken on the paprika and with the juice in the pressure cooker. Add sauerkraut, sausage and dried mushrooms to the pot and cook until the cabbage softens; take out the sausage, cut it + add the boned meat, mix, season with crushed garlic, let everything boil together and set aside.
