APPROACH

Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding powder, a pinch of salt and sugar in one container. In the second container, mix: eggs that are beaten with a fork, lemon juice, lemon peel, milk and dissolved Hera. Pour into the loose mixture and mix together.

Line the muffin tray with paper cups, which we fill 3/4 full with the prepared dough. On the surface we put the things we have at our disposal. I had currants and peaches. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
