approach
We prepare such a traditional pošuch or baked langoustine every time we get a taste for a salty delicacy. Perfect food for dinner, chat and watching TV.
1.
Dough: sift flour into a bowl and mix with salt. Make a well in the middle, pour warm water into it, crumble the yeast and add sugar. Mix the ingredients in a well, cover the bowl and let the yeast activate (15 minutes).
2.
Later, we work the dough by hand in a bowl, adding oil and continue to knead it on a floured board until it is smooth and non-sticky. Then we put it in a bowl, cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
3.
Later, we divide the dough in half and press each part (with fingers, palm) on oiled baking sheets.
4.
Cover the top with a mixture of sour cream and bryndze. Scatter bacon cubes and onion slices on top, which we briefly fried (until pink) in a pan. We don't add salt anymore, because the bacon and brisket are salty enough.
5.
Bake the burners in an oven heated to 220ºC for about 15 minutes.
6.
Bon appetite!
