Delicious homemade pizza

INGREDIENTS
semi-coarse flour
1.5 dl
milk
1 package
yeast
a pinch
sugar
1 CL
salt
1/2 dl
oil
100 g
ham
1 can
sweet corn
100 g
hard cheese
3 PL
ketchup
a little bit
pizza seasoning
SAUCE
250 g
onion
100 g
Mozzarella cheese
100 g
ham
2 PL
olive oil
2 pods
garlic
1 piece
tomato
2 PL
rosemary
APPROACH
1.
Put sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix with 50 ml of water. Let it stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes, i.e. until the yeast forms.

Mix the flour with salt and make a well in the middle. Add oil, yeast and remaining water. Mix a fairly smooth dough.

Flour the work surface and tip the dough onto it and knead until it is quite pliable. Put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with foil, which we previously coated with oil. Let the dough stand for about half an hour, i.e. until it doubles in volume.

Knead the dough for 2 minutes. We pull out the dough with our hands and place it on an oiled baking sheet so that the edges are equally thick. The dough should be 6 mm thick, as it will still rise during baking.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic and onion cut into rounds and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the sliced tomato and fry for another 2 minutes.
Cover the pan and cook the vegetables, stirring occasionally, on a low flame for 10 minutes. The onion should caramelize slightly. Let it cool a little.

Spread the sauce evenly on the dough, then place the sliced ham, mozzarella and rosemary on top. Bake the pizza at a temperature of 200°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
