First, we prepare the yeast in the classic way. That is, we mix lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar and let it rise

We prepare the filling by mixing the listed ingredients, we can also sprinkle a handful of raisins.

Pour the sifted flour and salt into the bowl, add the egg, melted and cooled butter, add the leavened yeast and knead the dough. Dust the well-kneaded dough with flour, cover with a towel and leave to rise for at least 45 minutes.

Then roll out the dough, cut it into squares, fill it with filling and make a bun. Spread a little oil around each bun filled in this way. This is so that the individual buns can be separated from each other more easily after baking. Place the buns next to each other in a round form. Let it rise for another 15-20 minutes and bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. After baking, brush the top of the buns with melted butter.
